The Beginning

It started with
one crazy week.

We didn't set out to build a nutrition company. We set out to answer a question: what happens if you eat only plants for a week? The energy. The clarity. The way food suddenly tasted different when you were really paying attention to it.

That one week turned into two. Then a month. Then we started sharing recipes with friends who couldn't believe how good the food looked and tasted. Before long, people were asking for help building their own approach — one that fit their bodies, their goals, and their lives.

Plant Based For A Day was born from that question — and from the deep conviction that eating more plants is the single most impactful thing most of us can do for our health, our performance, and the planet we live on.
